Here's how to get started
1. Fill out the order form and sign the contract
- Order the service via the order form you received from Stockmann.
- You will receive the credentials for Paytrail's Merchant panel by email, where the company information for the payment service agreement is filled. Instructions for filling in the details of the Merchant panel.
- Sign the agreement electronically.
2. Activate the Stockmann add-on
- Once your agreement has been signed and processed, you will receive confirmation from us.
- After confirmation, you can activate the Stockmann add-on from the control panel. Read the instructions for activation.
3. Save your information and start selling
- Enter the information requested during activation and the product information in Backoffice
