- Go to Shopify admin and on the left side under Sales channel, select Online Exclusive.
- Go to "Synchronization of product information" and select the desired method(s) for synchronizing product information and deletion from the drop-down menu.
Default setting: Product information will be synced from Shopify to Online Exclusive, product deletion will not be synced. If deletions are not synchronized, product deletions do not affect the other system.
