Where can I view my settlements?
You have received a Paytrail username in your email upon activation, which you can use to log in to the Merchant panel. There you can see the details of the settlements paid to you.
- You can use the same username in the Merchant panel as you used in Checkout's Extranet service.
- If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset instructions. you can find instructions for resetting it here.
- You can also receive settlement reports by email.
The settlement report shows:
- amount payable to you
- daily payments total
- deductions made from the account, such as refunds.
The settlement report does not show how much commission has been deducted. This is automatically deducted from the sales amount.
The commission percent for Stockmann merchants is defined in the agreement between Stockmann and the merchant. In the case of refunds, the specified portion of the commission is returned to the merchant.
Transaction specific listing for settlement reports
You can request a transaction specific listing for settlement reports from the Merchant panel, where each transaction included in a settlement is listed individually. This breakdown also shows the deducted commissions as separate lines.
